Norman Sound & Productions is a multi-generational business managed and owned by Rick Norman and daughter Carrie Norman. Focusing on quality service since 1974.

Where We’re Located…

We are strategically headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with additional warehouses in Dallas, TX and Los Angeles, CA. Our services are available throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. NSP maintains an extensive fleet of our own trucks, ranging from energy efficient in-town delivery vehicles up to full size air-ride tractor trailers. Staff drivers deliver equipment to your event safely and on schedule. NSP has operated in some of the most prominent event locations and can assist with site selection and meeting space contract negotiations.

Norman Sound’s Audio Department provides the latest equipment from manufacturers like JBL, Yamaha, QSC, Crown, & Midas. NSP also maintains one of the largest inventories of wireless microphones in the region.

Lighting

Norman Sound has a fantastic inventory of conventional fixtures from ETC, and automated fixtures from Martin & High End Systems, as well as Hog Consoles and followspots from Strong and Lycian.

Video

Norman Sound has the most extensive video capabilities of any company in the region. We feature cameras from Sony, Panasonic, and Hitachi, switching equipment from Barco and For-A, and projectors from Christie Digital, Barco, and Digital Projection.

Scenic

Norman Sound maintains an inventory of scenic elements and drapery goods that can scale to any size event. Scenic elements can be completely customized to support your company brand as well.
